She {Hearts} Innobaby

Emery was exclusively breastfed until she was a year old.  Other than water in a sippy, and obviously food, she did not drink anything out of a bottle.  So it’s been interesting trying to find a good sippy for her.  Something that she actually likes.

I had the opportunity to try out a Nursin’ SMART Silicone Training Straw Cup from Innobaby.  I both love and hate the fact that it’s made from soft silicone, LOL.  As you can imagine, it turns into a great water gun!  But, it’s really easy to clean, and I like knowing that I’m using medical grade silicone.  It has great plastic handles, and a flip top to keep the straw clean while on the go.

Emery has taken to the straw cup very well, and she likes to use it all by herself.   She does realize that it squirts if she squishes it though, so I have to watch her when she uses it.  I think starting this cup with a smaller baby would help to get the baby used to it, and make for a great transition from breast to bottle or cup.
