She {Hearts} Boddler Bites

As my daughter has transitioned from being fully breastfed to eating solid foods, I have sometimes been at a loss as to what to feed her! I’ve wanted to avoid over-processed foods marketed to children yet loaded with unhealthy ingredients. I discovered these Food in a Flash cards by Boddler Bites, and now I have plenty of ideas!

The Food in a Flash cards go through the alphabet and list healthy foods appropriate for babies and toddlers (“boddlers”). They are designed to help your child learn their ABCs, discover new foods, and provide you with creative solutions to your mealtimes. The back of each colorful card gives easy recipes and cooking directions for each food listed on the front.
