From all of our writers here at She {hearts} It… Happy Mother’s Day!!

She {hearts} Bontanical Paperworks

Recently I had the chance to review a set of Bright Bouquet Plantable Cards from Botanical Paperworks, and I have loved using them for special notes!  Seed paper is a perfect way to send a greeting in the spring (or anytime, really)!

After your recipient is finished reading their note, they can plant the paper and watch beautiful wildflowers grow!  The designs are modern, and the paper is beautifully textured and made from post-consumer waste.

In addition to the cards I reviewed, some of my other favorite items from Botanical Paperworks are the plantable Mother’s Day cards (adorable!), plantable thank you cards (instead of tossing the card, your friend can plant it!), plantable confetti (so fun for a party!), and this elephant plantable calendar (love the graphic!).

If you’re looking for plantable paper invitations or favors for an upcoming event (wedding, baby shower, party, Mother’s Day, graduation, etc.), Botanical Paperworks is sure to have exactly what you need! The plantable seed paper favors would be great for spring weddings, baby showers, and other events! I had so much fun browsing their site and I know you will too!

The Bright Bouquet Plantable Cards Set featured in this review is just $24.95. Other plantable paper and seed paper can also be purchased from Botanical Paperworks!

She {hearts} Moxy Paperie & Katlem Designs

In a word of everything done via the internet, I still try to find every reason to send snail mail. Whether it be a thank you note, birthday card, or invitations, I’m all about stationary! I first found Katlem Designs when I was planning my daughter’s 1st birthday. I knew I wanted a goldfish theme party and I was determined to design the majority of stuff myself. After lots of searching I finally found a goldfish image that I wanted to use. With that image I designed her birthday invitations and some thank you cards. I also wanted to print some cupcake toppers and return address labels, but I’d never played around with printing on circle lables. The actual goldfish image I was using was in the shape of a circle too, so I began looking for someone who could help me out. Through the wonderful world of etsy, I ran across Moxy Paperie, ran by the talented Kate Lemish, and she helped me pull of the rest of the finishing touches for Grace’s first birthday! Since then Kate has also printed lots of return address lables for me, from a basic demask to ones with seahorses and others that I’ve given as gifts!

While running Moxy Paperie, which focuses on the sale of labels for all occasions, and taking care of a 6 month old, Kate also has another business called Katlem Designs. Katlem Designs focuses on cards, invitations, etc. As I was browsing some of her recent work, I spotted some crab invites and some anchor invitations, that are so screaming my name! They are too adorable and I think I need to plan some sort of event, just so I can use them! :)

Moxy Paperie provides top quality labels for many occasions. Great for return address labels but they can also be used for wedding favor labels, wedding address labels, and many other uses.  She also takes on custom orders.
Katlem Design is reserved for cards, announcements, invitations, and wedding related items. You can also check out the Katlem Design Blog.

Kate is so kindly giving one winner a set of 15 fold over cards (5 1/2 x 4 1/8) with white envelopes from Katlem Designs and a set (1 sheet of 30) of matching 1.5″ round labels from Moxy Paperie. You can choose your own design from Moxy Paperie labels and Katlem Designs will do notecards to match!

She {hearts} Moo Holiday Cards

For me, shopping for stationary products can be one of those small and joyous pleasures in life. Searching for the perfect style to express my mood; personalizing every fine detail, from the font, to the perfect colors, weight of the card stock, and of course, the center piece….the graphics. I could spend hours, if not DAYS, perfecting my yearly Christmas cards or party invitations.
