Easter is coming up, and whether you celebrate bunnies and eggs, or the resurrection of Christ, it’s a special holiday for the kids. I came across a couple of neat ideas in the past few weeks, and thought I’d share my two favourites.
From previous posts, I’m sure you know that we try to eat healthy where possible, but I came across a really neat idea from Courtney at Women Living Well. She makes these fun Resurrection Rolls with her kids every Easter, and we’ll be giving it a try this year. Don’t they look neat? She explains the whole process on her blog, so make sure to check it out. There is a bit of a story to go along with it as well, to explain to your children the resurrection of Christ.
This morning I also came across some gorgeous decorating ideas from Angela, over at Roomag. I think I’m going to be on the lookout for those glass domes. Such neat ideas!
What are your favourite Easter Traditions? Do you celebrate with egg hunts and candy? Do you have any really neat ideas instead of the traditional egg hunt? Share in the comments!
