She {hearts} Big Belly Banks

I have a little girl who loves to save…well anything. She rescues scraps of paper, empty containers, plastic lids off bottles…and change, pennies galore! I swear she has a hawks eye for those copper coins and finds them everywhere to lovingly rescue and join the rest of the presidential army in her bank. Her positively awesome blue (favorite color) dolphin (second favorite animal) bank.

Big Belly Banks supplies your not-so-everyday bank, made of wood with a plastic belly you place your coin in the mouth and watch as it gets eaten up and stored till you need it back. The belly is easy to get into by unscrewing the bolt holding it together, we’ve had to open ours a few times so we can feed our dolphin once again – because there’s something wonderfully satisfying that comes with watching your coin zig-zag down an animals neck.
