As a home school mom I am always looking to other moms with advice and ideas to help engage my children more and more into their schooling. My oldest son Caleb will be in 1st grade this year and my middle son Taite will be entering Kindergarten. After going through one year of teaching math to a young child, I realize the importance of flash cards and having to go over things multiple times in order to help them remember and gain an understanding.

When I think back on my childhood days and the early math years, I remember memorizing my multiplication tables. It really is something that is important to do. When you think of 5×5, you automatically know what it equals. Not because you count it up in your head unusually fast, but because its memorized.

I was so excited to hear about the FlashMaster. A friend of mine introduced me to it and I am so glad.

I can honestly say my son has loved using this. He picks it up ON HIS OWN at random, IN THE SUMMER of all times :) – and gets so excited when he scores a 100% or gets a harder math problem correct.

My son has ADD and other issues. He’s in special classes and everything is so difficult for him to learn. I wish we could afford more help and a tutor- this would be a hgreat asset!

It’s hard to teach your child math when you are HORRIBLE at math. My kindergartener and first grader would love this!
