Being a Mom can be a tiring, selfless job. From getting up multiple times each night, to making sure they get fed first, to getting them out the door to school on time. I’ve been finding that my life has gotten exponentially busier since the beginning of September.
So I decided to take a little time out, just for me! Because one of the things that totally falls off of the priority list, is fitness. Of course, I didn’t want to go half way with my workouts :) Nope. I chose Tyson Method Boot Camp for Moms!!
I’ve only been to three classes so far, but I am already feeling so much better about me. Because that tends to be the problem, right? We take no time for ourselves, and then we feel worse and worse about being in our own skin.
I would like to encourage you all to take that time. Whether it’s a 20 minute workout from Jillian Michaels, or joining Boot Camp, GO FOR IT! You are worth it. Your family will not miss you for that time, and you will come back a stronger, healthier, more lovely person. Inside and out!

I havent done jillian in like 3 days… the stomach bug here threw that for a loop but ive still been doing my abdominal exercizes and can so tell the difference!! I do feel better.
:) This picture is my “before”. Hoping at least some of my tummy will go away, haha.
I just ordered Ripped in 30, so it should be here any day! I can’t wait to add that in since boot camp is only twice per week.
I think many women would kill to have your before :)
Very, very true. You look awesome. need to do something for me everyday.
Thanks, Sarah! Go for it and find something you love!
LOL! I just noticed the kids in the background. It looks like Bria is playing with toilet paper, but that looks like the thing you wear?
Haha, yeah, that’s my splint. I haven’t been wearing it though.

And thank YOU for inspiring me, and being such an encouragement!
